📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $4.95 or FREE on orders over $50

  • Expedited Shipping (2 business days): $9.95 flat rate

  • Priority Shipping (1–2 business days): Calculated at checkout

Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location.


🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned — we're working on expanding our international shipping soon!


📬 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track it anytime using the link in your order confirmation email.


🔄 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at support@active10.shop and we’ll do everything we can to assist.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we’ll work with you to resolve any issues.
